Bookings
Do i need to make a booking to attend an event?
Some events will require a booking due to limited spaces such as Dungeons and Dragons, and some require a booking through the third party hosting the event such as Smash Bros and Warhammer 40K.
Most other events do not require a booking and you can just pop-in.
How do I make a booking?
If the event requires a booking you can make this through the event page, our posts on Facebook or by calling us on (07)-3143-3545 or messaging us on Facebook.
COVID-19
What happens when there is a lockdown?
All events, games and social clubs will not be running during a lockdown. However, we will have takeaways available to order by phoning (07)-3143-3545.
Do I have to be vaccinated to enter the venue?
As of December 17th 2021, EPIC is required by federal law to restrict entry to patrons that are able to prove they are fully vaccinated with a vaccination certificate.
Do I have to wear a mask?
In following the current guidelines set by the QLD Gov, you are not currently required to wear a mask at all times inside the store unless seated and eating, drinking, or taking medication.

Opening hours
When is the store open?
EPIC Ipswich is open 7 days a week.
Monday to Saturday we are open from 11AM to 11PM.
Are you open on public holidays?
Unless stated otherwise, we are closed on public holidays, see our Facebook page for more information.
Family Information
Are kids allowed to play?
Yes! For most groups at EPIC Ipswich, kids are welcome to join in on any activity. Parents must supervise thier children as EPIC Ipswich cannot be held responsible for baby sitting.
Do you serve alcohol? Can I BYO?
No, we do not carry a liquor license and therefore do not serve or allow alcohol on the premises. EPIC Ipswich is a family friendly venue.
